Q What is it like to become hypnotized?
A. Typically, a person experiences relaxation of various muscle groups and
ultimately the whole body. Following this total relaxation, one enters a state
of heightened awareness and thinking is enhanced, as well as perception and

their surroundings. The client will emerge from hypnosis feeling more relaxed

Q. I don’t have to do anything?
A. Sorry, it’s not that simple. The Hypnotherapist can’t do it all. Clients are
given instructions to follow and they must do these things to achieve timely
results. The client will participate to some extent in both the evaluation and
